You may either
-invite the friends of address book hotmail, yahoo...
-invite the friends of the social networks (facebook, myspace..) where you take part
in both case, fill your email and password (do not worry, we will not keep them), send and then select the friends you want to invite.
-eitheryou can invite them manually : fill their name, email, and write them an invitation message.
